Drawing on years of experience as an independent school teacher and doctoral researcher at Brown University, I guide middle school, high school, and college learners to grow their skills and succeed across coursework.

About Me

Experience & Teaching

I am a Ph.D. student in History at Brown University and have teaching experience at both the high school and university levels. I have taught International Relations, World History, American History, Urban History, at Polytechnic School in Pasadena, CA, and developed programs and taught courses for middle and high school students through Northwestern University’s Center for Talent Development.

What I Do for Students

I provide personalized tutoring and academic coaching for middle school, high school, and college students. My work helps students strengthen reading, writing, and critical thinking skills while building confidence and good academic habits.

I work with students to:

  • Strengthen reading comprehension

  • Improve writing and essay skills

  • Build critical thinking and evidence-based argumentation

  • Develop study strategies
